1. What are the quality standards maintained by Neela Pahar Harvest ?

     Following measures are being taken to ensure quality and safety of our oil:

• Raw Materials are chosen post necessary testing and same quality of raw materials are maintained for each batch through a defined protocol.
• We have defined SOPs at every stage of our process to ensure consistent product quality
• For the steam distillation process we use RO water only
• All surface contact materials of the process are of food grade SS 304
• Necessary purging and cleaning protocols are maintained strictly
• Final product undergoes GCMS test in accredited testing lab to establish the absence of contamination

2. How is your oil different than others oil from the region ?

We distill pure and natural Agarwood Oil sourced from Assam and other northeast  states of India. We use RO Water for Distillation. There is no thermal degradation of oil constituents as the plant material is exposed to steam in a controlled manner. Our Agar Oil is undiluted and unblended.

3. From where you source the Agarwood trees?

Agarwood trees are sourced from Assam and other north eastern states of India.

4. What is the quality of oil available ?

We distill best quality premium pure and natural Agarwood oil. Our oil is not blended or diluted.

5. Can I get same quality oil every time I buy from you?

Yes. There is a remote possibility of minute differences at times from batch to batch as it is from a biological source.We ensure and supply same quality to customers who confirm their regular order.Kindly contact us if you need further clarity on this.

6. Can I get customised product?

Yes. We do collaborate with clients for distilling their required Oud oil. 

7. How are the packaging done for transportation?

The oil is packed in leakproof tightly shield high quality aluminium can covered with EPE foam or similar material and finally in a 3-5 layered corrugated box.

8. Can I get the GCMS report along with the Agarwood Oil ?

Yes, we provide the GCMS test report.

9. Do you supply internationally?

Yes, we supply to both domestic and international market.

10. Can I get CITES trade permit?

CITES permit is given for export order and we need a lead time of maximum three weeks for it after an order is given for available stock

11. How long it usually takes to receive the product from the time of giving PO?

Maximum three  to four weeks time is needed for export orders on available stock.

12. How are the products shipment done?

International consignments are sent through DHL. We use different courier services for domestic supplies.

13. How much time it takes to deliver within India?

In normal circumstances for domestic orders it takes about a week to deliver in major cities in India

14. What are the payment terms?

70% payment needs to be done with PO (this is for processing the order, export registration and CITES export permit). Rest 30% payments to be done before dispatch. Within India 100% payment to be done before dispatch of the stock.

15. Can I get sample from the company ?

16. Can I get free samples from the company?

No. Samples need to be bought. Cost of the sample is adjusted in the subsequent purchase.

17. Can I buy Agarwood Chips from the company?

Yes. We do supply 100% pure and authentic Agarwood Chips. Chips samples are not available. We can send pictures and videos.

18. How can I understand the quality of Agarwood chips ?

Buyers can see and test the quality of Agarwood chips by buying a minimum 50gm of it.

19. What is the difference between BOYA and BOHA oud oil ?

       Agarwood BOHA is the second distillation of Agarwood to capture the remaining resin in the wood. It has a waxy consistency at room temperature and becomes liquid with gentle warming.The colour is dark brown.

      Agarwood BOYA, is extracted from non-infected Agarwood trees and has a waxy consistency in room temperature. It is also called WHITE OUD. The sapwood or white wood part of the agarwood trees are used for distillation.It is usually cream in colour.

20. How Steam Distillation is different from Hydro Distillation?

      In Hydro-distillation, the plant material is covered and boiled with water.

                      But in Steam distillation, water vapour is passed through the plant material. In this process, the plant is placed in another chamber so it isn’t boiled along with the water.

21. Can I order Bakhoor?

22. Can I get Agarwood spent wood?

       Yes, we supply Agarwood spent wood which is used for Incense and Bakhoor making.

23. Can I get spent wood in chips and powder form?

       We supply both Agarwood spent wood chips as well as powder.

24. What is the smallest quantity I can buy?

       The MOQ (Minimum order quantity) of Agarwood Oil is 3 ml and Minimum order quantity of Agarwood Chips is 100 gm. MOQ for Agarwood spent-wood is 10 kg

25. How can I make the payments?

       Payments can be done through Net banking, UPI etc.
